“Not clean as the bed sheet have some hairs, plus the floor was dirty, not professional, not safe as the door lock wasnt working, also there was a noisy things in the room,,, I had a terrible experiance, I dont recommend them at all”
“ Nicely located in an area with a lot of shopping and dining opportunities. Perfect if you plan to be in this area of Amman. Staff was very nice and attentive, buffet breakfast was good. ”
“I was looking for the entrance when I arrived there; however, I couldn't find any logo or indication. Eventually I asked a nearby security to indicate where it was, which was at the back side of the building. I would suggest them to describe it or attach photo via email to the customers. The location was good, near the stores, supermarkets, restaurants. Also walking distance to the bus station. ”
“In a nutshell, it's a place where you feel among family and friends. You would feel that you know these people for a long time.
Extremely nice management team: Ahmed, Raed, Abu saif, and of course Sameeh.
All the staff ate awesome and easy going.
Simple, and all in all, you get more than what you have paid for.

“Get centralized location for Madaba.. Beds could have been more comfortable but it seems hard beds are the norm for this region on the World.. Breakfast was etible but not really good.. The location made up for that”
