“We arrived on a Friday and the owner had prepared us with detailed instructions. She was quick to answer when we called and help with any questions we had, which was both helpful and appreciated. We were also impressed by her kindness. The property featured numerous pools and a hot tub, providing ample opportunities for relaxation. “Our family and I enjoyed staying here and exploring Dauphin Island. The location and beach was great. The pool was drained on our second day there for yearly cleaning so that was a bummer. The condo had everything we needed, had some issues with the doors sticking and not closing all the way. Would definitely come back. ”

“Check in was a breeze. I knew this was an older house with some cosmetic issues when we reserved it. What we didnt count on was the broken chair no skillet broken outdoor shower, and the Cockroaches. Thats where i draw the line. They were in the bathroom and and a couple in the kitchen. When i messaged Vacas they told me to use use the spray provided and basically take care of it ourselves.. the location was beautiful and very peaceful. But overall we would not stay here again”

“Communication with host was excellent as was the check in and out process. The shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. The location is beautiful with a magnolia tree, pine tree and wisteria in full bloom hanging over the fence (which is in need of repair—stated in listing). It was easy walking distance to the beach—approximately 0.5 miles to the middle beach parking lot and another 0.4 miles to the water’s edge. It is a quiet neighborhood. The floor had not been swept well prior to us……
