The staff were warm and welcoming, and we truly appreciated the room upgrade — it made our stay even more comfortable. Our son had a fantastic time at the water slide pool and the kids club, which were both highlights of the trip. The resort’s location is also perfect — very convenient and close to a variety of great dining options. We’re already looking forward to returning next summer”
