“A cute, cozy house within minutes of so many adventures. This was our first booking outside of staying in hotels and it was a perfect start! This house was clean and had everything we needed although we packed most everything. Communication was clear and we had no issues whatsoever. I would highly recommend this location!”

“The house is really nice. It's on an old stable. It was perfect for our family. They even left some cookies in the freezer and drinks in the fridge for us. We loved it, especially considering there are not a lot of services around Rye! Thank you so much. Such a wonderful host. ”

“Nine of us thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay! Space enough for quiet times and group times, indoors and outdoors on the large 2nd floor deck and individual decks. Windows everywhere had us feeling we shared the outdoors in privacy. Hearing birds and the Cuchara River through open windows was a joy. Every bedroom is nice; there isn’t a bedroom that isn’t great. Huge theater-quality TV if you have an event you want to watch. Loved the spacious kitchens, high tech bathrooms, and great radiant……
