“Overall a good base to explore this beautiful island. Just remember the road can be very narrow. For an exciting drive take the M11a!! Only comment on accommodation is the hot water, takes over 5 minutes to come alive then runs cold after a few moments then heats up again !! 😀”

“La maison est bien située et au global correcte (petite piscine sympathique, 4 belles chambres, 3 salles de bain), mais manque de confort : la literie laisse grandement à désirer, les oreillers sont plutôt des coussins et il manque beaucoup de basiques - torchons, tablettes lave vaisselle, de quoi nettoyer, condiments de base. Par contre, communication super avec le gérant et flexibilité arrivée et départ à souligner. ”

“ This listing was a fantastic place to stay while visiting Mallorca. Centrally located, it provided easy access to everything on the island. The beds were comfortable, and the property grounds were beautiful. My only recommendation would be to provide more fans, as there was no AC and only one fan, which was a bit challenging with the 90-degree weather. Overall, thank you for the lovely accommodation!”

“Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön in den Bergen und ist absolut ruhig. Mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Ort ist mit dem Auto in 4 Minuten zu erreichen, dort sind Bars,Restaurant, Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Apotheke.”

“Mooi en netjes huis, keurig verzorgd en schoon! Heel comfortabel en rustig, met mooi zwembad. Het huisje is misschien iets afgelegen, maar daardoor wel heel rustig. Zeer gastvrije ontvangst door eigenaresse. De koelkast was al deels gevuld bij aankomst, heel attent! De eigenaresse zorgt voor een onbezorgd verblijf! Hier komen wij graag nog eens terug.”

“Lovely home with everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Even a well maintained vegetable garden! Bernat is a very nice man who communicated promptly. Will definitely stay here again if we are ever lucky enough to have the need. Highly recommend.”

“We arrived late due to delayed flight to the island and it was very dark as we entered the property. Although communication was sent to assist us with the location of our unit, we accidentally tried to access the wrong door, which woke up the property manager who was not very happy. We spoke with other guests who had a similar issue so perhaps the communication/instructions could be better. The unit was nicely furnished and had many provisions. One item we certainly could have used was beach……

Nice staff, not so much for the hotel itself.

"Overall I would say it's a three-four star hotels and the following are my reasons for this rating: 1) Lets begin with something positive--- the staff there were friendly and helpful. 2)It is definitely 30 seconds walking distance from the beach. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Also 10mins taxi ride from the airport. 3) The wifi is extremely unstable. I had 4G and didnt bother to ask the staff to get it sorted. 4) The bathroom inside my room smells foetid. It must be because of the poor drainage sys. 5) Some hair can be found around the floor of the room. 6) The overall interior of the room seems to be worn out or not installed properly. It didn't seem to be refurbished well enough. 7) The pool is very small! Don't be deceived by the photo. (but the sea is right in front) 8) The breakfast was nice and delicious. (With a spectacular beach view) "
