“Nice house to spend summer holidays, great pool and nice dinner area outside. The house is cozy and well decorated, bedrooms well equipped with AC, bathrooms and not modern but clean and do the job. Might be walking distance to the beach but the hill is step so we never tried. Parking near the beach was very easy. Kitchen area might be slightly improved (no espresso machine, a lot of dishes but a bit outdated) but it was not really an issue. Overall a very good stay. Son Bou is central on the……

“Tuvimos una gran estancia en esta casa de alquiler de playa. El diseño era práctico y espacioso, por lo que es muy cómodo para nuestro grupo. Todo estaba muy limpio y bien mantenido en su mayor parte. La casa estaba bien equipada con excelentes instalaciones, incluyendo una bonita piscina, una buena barbacoa, y una cocina funcional que permitió cocinar fácilmente. La ubicación era buena para explorar la isla: la playa de Son Bou es fantástica y las distancias a cualquier otro punto de la isla……

“Had villa last year so hope by returning this gives an indication of our liking for the villa and cala porter. Just a couple of minors, 1/ issues with bugs (ants, gnats and beetles/cockroaches). 2/ No water/milk or complimentary items on arrival to make a basic drink (Arriving after shops closed)”

“This is such a beautiful home with amazing views and room for everyone. Sun Bou is a charming town with good food, nice people, and a stunning coastline.We rented a car from Autos Menorca via Car Flexi (very affordable) and picked up groceries from Mercadona (just down the street from the airport Autos Menorca location). Manuele is a super supportive and gracious host. Would definitely stay here again.”
