When we first arrived, we were told the pool would not be available until sometime between 330 to 5 pm
When we got into our rooms, the beds were not made. They were very wrinkled, sloppy with almost the appearance of used pillows. We never were able to use the hot tub, but we did gain use of the pool, but lost a lot of hours for the visit. That was the main reason for us to travel an hour and a half to spend the night at the pool with the grandkids. When I went outside to go for dinner and bring it back to the room, the whole outside of the property was dirty. The trash cans were overflowing, and when I entered the lobby again I noticed the rugs are frayed. The young lady that was on duty on Saturday night was very helpful the best she could be but no one else including the manager seem to really care about what was happening. I’ve stayed at a lot of Hampton Inn’s and this was not up to your standard. It seems as though whoever owns it just doesn’t care enough.
