“Beautifull spot in the middle of the marina , property in general neeeds a llitle more maintenance ”

“Staff friendly and rooms very clean. Have stayed in Praia da Rocha several times before but never at Flor da Rocha. Only disadvantages, staying in late March the balcony always seemed to be in the shade. At no point, even on the sunny warmer days was it ever a sun trap. Think this is due to the other buildings close by and the shape of the building itself. Other disadvantage, which isn't the apartments fault are some of the other guests. Sound proofing between apartments isn't great……

“I liked the ocean view, but the property was a mile out of town, which I didn't realize. I didn't have transportation, so I had to walk along busy road to get there. Room could use some updating (paint chipping), but generally okay. Ordered a pizza from the bar, and it was a frozen pizza. I guess maybe I should have expected that. Breakfast was great! ”

Piscine agréable et bien entretenue avec suffisamment de transats à disposition. Le logement est spacieux. Gros point négatif :il n'est pas du tout insonorisé. On entend tout. Par exemple les chaises en bois, elles sont lourdes et font énormément de bruit quand nous même, les voisins ou le service de ménage les déplaces. Peut être qu'il serait bien de mettre des……

“This was one of our favorite places that we stayed in Portugal. Placid Village was located in a quiet area, but only a 15 minute walk to the restaurants and beaches in town. Going back to the hotel was an uphill walk, but not too bad if you are in decent shape. In the evening we did Uber back. Did not cost much at all to Uber.
