Spacious, upstairs newly renovated apartment in mid-century private home in quiet neighborhood centrally located less than a 1/2 mile to the social district, 15 minutes to the lake/Uwharries/Locust, 45 minutes to Charlotte. Private entrance, w/ your own outside area. One large bedroom w/ two double beds. Spacious living area with TV, and fully equipped retro kitchen w/ leather quartz countertop and bar. Washer and dryer. Large fully tiled bathroom w/ walk in shower. Parking on side street 30 feet from entrance.
