“Very nearly perfect. Some appliances were not functioning well ex: dishwasher, BBQ, some lamps, blinds and one kid's mattress was too soft. Also a lack of wine glasses. The flower beds needed weeding. Otherwise an excellent chalet and location. Dug clams and they were delicious.”

“The Beach House was a peaceful, clean, private home away from home for my family and I to enjoy a week in PEI. The beach access alone makes this property a five star rating, as it was essentially our personal beach for the week! The friendly neighbours gave helpful tips on how to boil a perfect lobster and we caught many colourful sunsets in the evenings. “Gorgeous! Amazing!!! A beautiful house in a quiet area. The house was quaint and comfy and sitting on the deck, drinking my tea in the morning, looking out at the cows in the field across the road and the ocean beyond that was a dream come true. The horses in the back were friendly and an extra bonus. Even the dog next door came to visit us. Thank you so much. It was just the most amazing place. I am already thinking of coming back next year.”

“This is a cozy historic cottage that was private and comfortable!! It overlooks a meadow of several acres and out past that the water, and has gorgeous sunset views, but be aware that it is a short hike down a grassy trail to get down to the shore. The house sits back in the property, away from a steep bluff. The friendly owner Shawn was delightful and stopped by to assist us with anything we needed and shared stories of the area with us! Lynn keeps the place immaculate. Comfy beds too! Loved……

“The facilities were clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the campfire, use the barbecue, sat inside in the screened in tent/ gazebo
The only challenge was that the road sign was missing.

“ Lorney's Place proved to be wonderful place for our visit to the island! Upon arrival it was extremely clean with everything needed for our stay readily available. The location is excellent with easy access to the Mill River. The hosts were available when we required a few items or had questions, they even provided a propane burner and pot for our lobster boil...Thank you Paul and Gail we are already thinking of booking next summer for a lo ger stsy. 5 Stars!”

“Modern, clean and all the amenities one could ask for. Also very close to Alberton and the reunion site we had attended. Our boys were delighted to have their own rooms. The extra living space, including a hot tub, is luxurious! Would recommend and rebook. :)”
