“I absolutely ADORED this place & I will be booking here again. The shower was a bit small but it had wonderful water pressure and it got HOT!! I loved it so much!! The only warning I will give is that there are quite a few potholes in the parking lot, which is a given because it IS New York. It's not far from a few shopping centers and is placed far enough away from the road that you are not too disturbed by the sounds of traffic. ”

“This property is located on a dead-end road so very little traffic. Beautiful views, great location and very friendly neighbors. We went into Rochester a few times and enjoyed our time there, but found we all liked just hanging at the property. Now, I read the reviews about the door lock not being safe and it was disappointing to find after the reviews about this the door still hasn't been replaced. With that being said, the neighborhood is very qiuet and rural. We would definitely come back.”

“The property was very nice and cozy. We were traveling with our dog and it was perfect for us. We enjoyed walking through the woods and exploring the frisbee golf course. “The setting works on many levels. Next to the golf course and event venues (which is why we were in the area). Around you are quaint diners as well as high end dining. My husband has mobility issues and was quite comfortable in the rental- everything was accessible and on one level. The hosts have obviously considered what travelers need for short term stays. The location is definitely on our list of places to visit again. Very nice 3 night stay. ”

“We had a late check in and forgot to call about it. Our GPS steered us wrong ( I think it was an old property) but the sign on the door led us in the right direction. No one was at the office when we arrived but she came out as soon as I started to call the number on the door and she was so kind and apologetic. The room was spectacular; clean and roomy. Best motel for the price. To be fair on the area around, we didn't see much cause it was late and we left early. ”
