“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

“The campsite was clean and safe and the mobile home was superb. Better than we expected and the air con was amazing. We had a little terrace out the front and we were able to see the lake from the side. “Bella struttura, moderna. Pulita e spaziosa. Noi abbiamo soggiornato una notte in un bungalow e avevamo il posto auto coperto riservato all'interno della struttura. Il bungalow è molto accogliente e ben fornito. Manca solo il bidet nel bagno che per un italiano può sembrare strano ma essendo frequentato per lo più da stranieri probabilmente non ci fanno caso e nemmeno lo richiedono ovviamente. “The house is comfortable, wih well equiped kitchen, with small garden and there table and chairs on terrasse in the morning and sofas for drinks in the evening, an amazing pool wich was very usefull in hot days. The owner was bery nice and helpfull. The house is near the beach (around the corner) and has strategic position (to the bus stop to city-centre, many restaurants and caffees and shops). ”

“We had a lovely stay at Le Terrazze sul lago.
The hotel staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful.
The main pool area is beautiful with plenty of sunbeds and there is a smaller pool the other side of the complex.
The suite was spacious comprising of double bedroom, bathroom and large room with 2 sofa beds, dining table, kitchenette with fridge and hob.
The double bed was very comfortable, one of the sofa beds was slightly sunken in the middle so not as comfortable.
