“Ottima posizione sia per i collegamenti pubblici che per i centri commerciali nelle vicinanze. Struttura nuova ben tenuta, alloggio pulito e confortevole anche per 4 persone (2 adulti e 2 ragazzi grandi). Manca la reception ma le operazioni di check-in sono ben organizzate e non abbiamo avuto problemi. La sola cosa negativa riguarda la poca privacy dell'affaccio, considerando che le camere si sviluppano ai piani bassi dell'edificio quindi occorre tenere perlopiù chiuse le finestre e le tende.……

“I stayed here for about a week and loved this place so much! It’s super close to a cafe round the corner, groceries are nearby and easy access to transport too! Lovely terrace view and most of all I felt super safe! The area is really nice, mostly with locals! I wish the place had an iron so I could iron my clothes haha but other than that it was perfect! Would 100% come back again. ”

“The facilities and the look of the apartment is very basic. But it is value for money, you have stove, fridge, cooking utensils and glasses/ plates. There is a supermarket nearby too. But if you don’t drive, it will be a bit inconvenient. ”

“L’hotel est pratique car station Empalme avec plusieurs lignes métros jusqu'au centre de Valence en seulement une vingtaine de minute, et 40 min en métro de l’aéroport.
Niveau restaurant c’est pas le top mais ça passe et petit déj c’est extrêmement basique, peut mieux faire mais ça passe aussi mais seulement pour quelques jours, plus une semaine et on sature je pense.
Il y a une salle de sport avec de bons équipements, de quoi faire des lessives.
La piscine sur le toit est assez petite pour le……

“Beautiful villa in a quiet urbanisation. The villa is not far from a few local shops and supermarkets and only 40 minutes drive away from Valencia. You will need a car to get around. Perfect if you prefer being away from it all but you still want the option to go out and about. We went to Oceanografic Aquarium and the Coves de Sant Josep. We all loved both but the children were happiest at the villa, playing in the pool! We saw some of the best sunrises and the views from the villa are amazing!……

“The property was clean and well organized. We had everything that we needed. Some issues are personal preferences rather than negatives. We would have preferred to stay closer to the Valencia Cathedral area since that is where we spent most of our time. That is primarily due to me not liking to walk so far anymore (69) even though it was only 20 minutes away. To younger people, I am sure it is not an issue. “Heerlijk huis met veel ruimte binnen en buiten. Super zwembad wordt goed onderhouden. Half uur rijden van Valencia, waar we een hoop leuke dingen gedaan hebben. Huis heeft soms wat gebruiksaanwijzing met de airco, alarm, warm water, etc. Maar dat wordt allemaal door de eigenaar verstrekt. Tijdens ons verblijf was er wel wat veel lawaai van de buren (honden rechts /aanleg schutting links). ”

"I happened to experienced Storm Dana. After I checked out, my flight was canceled due to the storm, the road to the airport was blocked. I’d to go back to the hotel, but I was told by a lady reception the hotel was fully booked. No room was available.
I was really disappointed since all the hotel in area was fully booked.
And then a hotel guest noticed the conversation and telling me he’s cancelling his booking and going to Barcelona. And then a male reception (black curly hair) was very nice even send a staff to look for another already clean room for me for faster check in.
I’m very thankful for those who help us in need.
As the hotel room, it’s simple room but clean. "
