“Voghe Apartments are well located and walking distance to most of the main streets and attractions. The checkin process was smooth and very clear. The studio room was a decent size that could fit 2 adults and a teenager and most importantly the apartment was new and clean. The only real complaint was there was no toilet paper upon arrival and we were asked to purchase our own. I suspect that the host does not live nearby as we advised them that there was no toilet paper when we checked in……

“Creo que deberían considerar dar más flexibilidad para hacer el check out, un poco más tarde de las 12. Ya que hay que entrar después de las 4 pm. Por lo demás todo excelente y lo recomiendo.”

“Mooie kamer, leuke spaanse tegeltjes. De douche is niet apart met een deur ertussen dus als je van privacy houdt dan is dat niet fijn. Handdoeken worden 1x per verblijf gegeven, als je nieuwe wilt hebben kost het 2,-. Leuk en groot dakterras en een gemeenschappelijke ruimte met een keuken en tafeltjes waar je je eigen dingen kan eten kunt eten/drinken. Locatie ook goed en vriendelijk personeel. ”

“Stated on hotels.com that have to contact the appartment if arrived after mid-night, even though we knew we would arrive around 11pm, which is before mid-night, we tried to contact the appartment in advance, however, the contact telephone number of the appartment provided in the booking confirmation from Hotels.com was wrong. When arrived at 11pm, there was no one, which is different from what is stated on website. Luckily the lovely ladies of the cafe nearby helped us to search the……

It was however, somewhat alarming that the elevator was not secured (by a key card for example), Anyone could strut in and help themselves to the apartments above. ”

“Midden in de stad tegen een nette prijs. Kamer (junior suite) dus dubbele kamer was heel ruim, maar totaal geen sfeer. Bed, airco, sanitair goed en schoon. Personeel wat we gesproken hebben bij in en uitchecken en restaurant waren kil, zakelijkheid. Gaven ons niet een fijn en feestelijk gevoel”

A special experience with the hotel

"I happened to experienced Storm Dana. After I checked out, my flight was canceled due to the storm, the road to the airport was blocked. I’d to go back to the hotel, but I was told by a lady reception the hotel was fully booked. No room was available. I was really disappointed since all the hotel in area was fully booked. And then a hotel guest noticed the conversation and telling me he’s cancelling his booking and going to Barcelona. And then a male reception (black curly hair) was very nice even send a staff to look for another already clean room for me for faster check in. I’m very thankful for those who help us in need. As the hotel room, it’s simple room but clean. "
