Villa Aqua 4 is the ideal refuge for a relaxing family vacation, combining comfort, privacy, and a privileged location near the beautiful beaches of Coelha, Castelo, and Evaristo. Located in a gated community, this residence offers a serene and welcoming environment, perfect for enjoying the best that the Algarve has to offer.



The spacious living and dining room is the heart of the house, with a bright and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for moments of socializing and relaxation. From this area, it is possible to directly access the exterior, creating a harmonious connection between the interior and the exterior.



On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both comfortable and well-decorated. On this floor, there is also a bathroom with a bathtub and an additional toilet, ensuring comfort and practicality.



On the first floor is the main suite, equipped with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, offering total privacy and comfort.



The kitchen is fully equipped and harmoniously integrates with the remaining areas, providing practicality and functionality to prepare your meals during your stay.



On the outside, the dwelling has a charming leisure area with a private pool (heatable at an additional cost) surrounded by sun loungers, ideal for relaxing in the sun. A space with BBQ and dining table invites relaxed moments outdoors, while the foosball table ensures fun for all ages.



With a privileged location near the beaches and attractions of Albufeira, Villa Aqua 4 is the perfect setting for memorable holidays in the Algarve, combining relaxation, fun, and the best of Algarvian lifestyle.



It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the reservation, upon request. We can also help organize transfers, if needed.



If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and neither respects the property change day, before proceeding with the reservation, please send us an information request so we can confirm whether your dates can be accepted.



Pool heating is always an added value for your vacation, especially when traveling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



The moving day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 6 guests.

However, it is possible to accept 4 more guests, who will be accommodated in additional beds
