Plenty of restaurants, wineries and breweries to choose from. Large upstairs balcony with great sunsets. 2 car garage access! 2 parking spots on the driveway. Additional street parking on quiet cul-de-sac. One dog 20 lbs. and under allowed for a fee.

Home near Sandia Mountains
The area is beautiful, and our stay was nice, but the pictures made the home seem bigger than it is. A fifth bedroom was in reality a sofa set in the front entryway. Cleaners did not do their job prior to our stay: there were rotted chicken bones and plastic bottle caps in the garbage disposal, and pots and pans were still greasy in the cabinets. We were able to get our cleaning fee charges reversed.

Cute neighborhood.
Duplex was in a quiet neighborhood, but is next to the road, so there was quite a bit of road noise in the backyard. House was well stocked and beds and bedding were in great condition. Perfect location for our balloon, fiesta stay. Owner was very responsive to any of our needs.

Great experience with fabulous views!
Property was very well maintained with all amenities provided along with chips and salsa upon our arrival. They also gave recommendations for dinner that were much appreciated and enjoyed. We very much enjoyed our trip to Albuquerque!
