For some reason, the carpet was soaked. I could not walk on it and sock feet. The air conditioner was very loud. You could hear neighbors through the walls all night long.

I was traveling on business, and my stay was far from good. My first night there I got put into a room that had water damage in the bathroom. There was a very strong mold smell. I was tired from driving all day, so I just kept the bathroom door shut and used it as little as possible. In the morning, I requested to be moved to another room. The hotel staff was very accommodating which I was thankful for. The room I got moved to was better than the last one but 3 out of the 5 nights I stayed there I was kept awake by extremely loud guests. The noise lasted for hours, and this was all after 10pm. One of the nights they were outside my room yelling at each other around 1:30am after making a lot of noise earlier. I recorded video each night to capture how loud they were being. They were so loud that you could hear them very clearly. I did not hear anyone from the hotel staff ask them to quiet down at all. Again, the noise lasted for hours. I did not call to complain due to being a female traveling alone and did not feel comfortable doing so. I would have requested to be moved to another hotel, but I had a lot of belonging's since I was staying for the entire week. I felt like I was staying at a lower end hotel rather than the Holiday Inn.

Friendly, helpful staff. Lobby did not match carpet down hallway and in room. Carpet was dirty and old. Hotel needs updating. I saw the front desk person mopping lobby floors when I arrived, she came to front desk to admit me. For breakfast we had to ask for items that were missing, and, in some instance, we were told that they didn't have any more. I noticed this is happening not only at this location, but in other Holiday Inn locations.

The room was still dirty, beds unmade, elevators didn't work and the door lock was broken. I requested a refund shortly after checking in and booked a different hotel.

I booked this property 3 months in advance. Followed the 3 pm check in rule. But when I went to check in, I was told that the hotel accidentally overbooked. So, they had no room for me. I asked the receptionist what I should do, she told me to try the “motels” nearby. I was very upset. While I was talking to her, a man came in and checked in and got a room!!! When I complained more, she said her manager is coming and “let see what he can do”. The manager came and finally gave me a room that turned out to be a bigger room that I booked. My point is..if the hotel “accidentally” overbooked, was I my fault? Why didn’t they gave me the other room in the first place. But instead, told me to go to try the motels nearby. Very unpleased. Then, two days later, I wanted to use the washing machine. I asked the receptionist if I needed coins to operate it. She said they don’t carry cash at the counter and told me to try the gas station next door. I spent 30 min in trying to get the coins. The receptionist had no clue that one could download an app, load the money, and operate the machine!! She is at no use at all!!

Was very disappointed that a room was not available on the first floor since I have knee issues and am 79 years. The elevator was broken and the room smelled like dogs had poop.

Our room smelled really bad from the second I opened the door. The air was not turned on it was muggy and had a dog smell like it really needed to be aired out. I didn't say anything. Then we started to smell a really fowl smell when we layed on the bed. Like sour spoiled milk. It was really bad. I then said something to the front desk. We ended up having to change our bedding on both beds. I must say the bed was so comfortable and I slept great. And Alex did an amazing job accommodating us and our many needs.I love that the pool and hot tub stayed open till 11pm
