This establishment is dirty and and staff is terrible. Clogged shower when i arrived and asked for another room that room was also clogged. When i let front end know the second time she threatened to cancel my room because she said "my aura was very negative" my aura?? Allysa front end was terrible. Miranda manager was very nice. While waiting in loobby another couple came to the front desk to cancel there 3 days there after 1 night they also stated it was the worse hotel experience in there lofe and they were in there late 60s and travled alot very healthy people. I would nevee return here!

Friendly desk staff. Was not thrilled with our room. Booked months ahead, but was stuck in an accessible room that had NO DOOR on the bathroom. Would be fine if you required that, but very awkward otherwise. Also only a view of a hedge bush while other rooms had balconies. The other odd thing: the hotel staff offer a complimentary adult beverage each day, but we were informed we could not drink it in the lobby/ lounge area. It seems the restaurant/ bar are managed separately and must not get along. Otherwise the stay was fine except no working ice machine available but front desk found us some ice

This was a nice pet friendly hotel. The room was actually clean and didn’t smell like a dog room. Not the typical dog room you get at most pet-friendly hotels, which we much appreciated. My only criticism is that the room was dark—just two end table lights that weren’t the brightest. Good thing it was a sunny day, so we opened the curtains to brighten up the room.

Found a roach and a strange bug on the bed. The fridge was set too cold and froze everything so a soda exploded all over everything. Staff is very nice but place needs to be cleaner.

This place is amazing. We had a room with hand painted murals on all the walls and many paintings by a super artist. Many artistic details are all thru the hotel. Room was clean and roomy. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It is easy to get to places you want to see from here. We were not that impressed with the onsite restaurant but it is easy to drive to restaurants from here. The hot tub and pool were fun options

Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. Beautifully decorated, very warm and cozy bringing in the surrounding desert atmosphere. Congested area for traffic as it is right by the freeway entrance.

Stayed here for the Balloon Fiesta and it was perfect for that - nearby, the rideshare took about 10 mins. The hotel provided some snacks and coffee early morning for people off to the fiesta. The art and decor were really good. It gave the place real character. The food for lunch and dinner in the restaurant were very good. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Even better if… some of the gym equipment wasn’t working. Would recommend and would stay again.

Staff was friendly, although not always knowledgable about the local area. Front desk staff should have a quick fact sheet of local restaurants, grocery stores, etc. handy to share with guests. On location restaurant is owned by a different company and hopefully will pick up more business moving forward. Pool area is nice - indoor/outdoor areas. Accessibility to rte. 25 is great...easy access to Balloon Fiesta!

I love the artists room we arayed at. It was unique and showed the cumture in NM, in the morning at 7, deom a distance, we saw hot air balloons pass by our balcony windows.

The staff was great. There as some tissue and trash behind each nightstand that we only saw because we had to move nightstands to plug in our phone charger. Other than that the room was clean. The in door/outdoor pool and hot tub were both clean and relaxing. We would stay here again.
