I am writing to express my concern regarding a serious safety issue I encountered during my recent stay at your hotel.
While in my room, I was injured by a metal plate protruding approximately 3 inches from the bed frame. The sharp edge cut my leg, causing both pain and distress. When I brought this matter to the attention of the front desk, I was surprised and disappointed by the lack of urgency or concern. I was simply told, “Okay, I will let someone know,” with no follow-up, apology, or assurance that the issue would be addressed.
This response was not only inadequate but also alarming given the potential danger to other guests. I expect a hotel of your reputation to prioritize guest safety and take immediate action when such hazards are reported.
I am requesting a formal acknowledgment of this incident, details on what corrective action was taken, and appropriate compensation for the injury and poor handling of the situation.
