No smoking is permitted, but our room had a nasty smoke odor that hit us as soon as we walked in, and sadly the walls were dirty. The door lock was ghetto-rigged as if someone tried breaking in and fixed it as cheaply as possible. We had mentioned that we would please have the two rooms next to each other, but reception said there were none available. When we got to our room, we walked out and realized that another customer had gotten a closer room close to our 2nd room, which I thought was not cool for not being honest with your customer who paid to keep your business running. I called earlier to ask about having the two rooms next to each other and said to come in and let them know so that they could accommodate our needs but that never happened. We Didn’t feel the need to make it a huge deal since we were only there for one night to party figured a review would be best.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Calling the room to check on any problems. TV had bad reception. The reset they came and performed did not correct the problem till the next morning. Room location was next to outside entrance and also the pool. Water plumbing from other rooms and sources was disturbingly loud inside the room. Hall lights were visible thru door gaps from inside. Sound proofing techniques could improve room comfort.

This property was dirty. The shower and tub had soap scum all over like it hadn’t been cleaned, the TV was broken, the hair dryer didn’t work, the bed was not comfortable. Called the front desk as soon as I arrived to tell them about the issues and they couldn’t decide where they would move me. Gave me three different room numbers and none of them would work so they couldn’t change the room. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I slept in my car
My stay was a very short stay. I chose the hotel based on price, reviews, and photographs. The price should have been $10 a night and not the $80.91 plus $150.00 security deposit. The front desk lady was kind and is not responsible for the horrible condition of the hotel is in. The entire hotel smelled of sewage. The room was disgusting. A mixture of cigarettes and sweat. Walls were dirty, floors dirty, and sheets stained. The window (with a view of the parking lot) had no lock. AC unit had a nice layer of grunge as well as the thermostat covered in dirty fingerprints. Lamp shades were damaged and filthy. Bathroom floor had a hole that was covered with vinyl flooring. Maybe fill in the hole before covering it up. I literally stood in the room for an hour. I did not touch anything or use anything. I did wash my face but used my soap and towel. I checked out immediately. The photographs online are obviously touched up. The room had a “The Hills Have Eyes” erie vibe. I should have known better. Any hotel that requires a $150 security deposit and no refund is a big sign. To the owner of this property: Have you no pride in ownership? Invest in your property and hire contractors that will make your hotel a great experience. Would you stay at your hotel. I highly doubt it. Remove all microwaves and bleach works wonders. Your hotel smells worse than a port-a-potty. Guess where I slept?
