“Hotel is blessed with amazing infrastructure (the lift is a highlight!) and it's gorgeous; however, it is dated. Service at the front desk, concierge, and bell desk is superb - definitely 5*, but staff in restaurants, pool, bar were on the opposite. Often forgot orders, took a long time to arrive, or got the order/bill wrong. Real shame about that because the hotel itself has so much potential to offer, and in a perfect location.
