"Room 45 was bad. Blind didn’t work. Standard lamp also not working. No subtitles on tv for hearing deficient people. Poor. Moved to another room. Much better. Plates and bowls at breakfast were dirty. Not jus one or two but several."

When I arrived at 5:00 PM with my family of four (having prepaid in full), the front desk told me they had no room available due to overbooking and room cleaning delays. "The room I booked were 2 double bed. It ended up 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. The window could not shut tightly. There were machine running noise throughout all night from the neighbour construction site."

"Check-in時沒有reception員工接待（我於4pm左右到達），還好事前有電郵指示如何自行入住。 第2天想向員工領取到時卷廁紙，員工態度感覺並不友善。 熱到方面，水壓不足，熱水時熱時凍，第2晚直頭沒有熱水，研究一輪後自行重開熱水爐才能有熱到，但依然時熱時凍。"
