Je me suis trompé de date lors de la réservation et malgré la politique officiel sur Expedia, Paco a pris en charge la situation. Il a non seulement corrigé la date mais nous as également offert un surclassement. Ce n’est qu’un exemple du niveau d’accommodement que cet établissement nous a offert.
