“We only stayed for one night (booked for 5) as my wife fell down the stairs on the second day and broke her arm. The stairs were very steep and the treads were not deep enough to take more than around half the foot. This should have been properly explained in the description and is most definately not suitable for anyone young or old who has any difficulty in walking or negotiating stairs. As my wife suffers from a condition that effects her balance we most definately would not have booked this……

“Lovely cottage in a great location. Well equipped for a family. Short walk through the fields or via Southwold to the beach. Area is lovely and local shop, although pricey, has all your emergency needs and lots of tasty treats. Hosts were great and very accommodating. ”

“We recently stayed at the Cannons with our daughter and 20 month old grand daughter. I chose it because of its open plan layout with no stairs once in the apartment and not too many doors. It turned out to be a perfect space for all of us. The bedrooms are large enough to accommodate a cot and having a separate bath and shower room meant that all needs were catered for. It is in a fabulous location with the seafront at the bottom of the road, the town centre a short walk away , a good kiddies……

“It is a beautiful cottage and Jane is a delightful host. She has put so much thought and care into equipping the cottage and it is very clean.The situation is beautiful with a lovely view of the countryside. It is a place to chill out, relax and enjoy looking at the wild life.”

“Wonderful property with luxury interior and amazing garden, terrace and hot tub. Situated in beautiful countryside surroundings. Lovely details included tea, coffee, milk, orange juice etc upon arrival. Only criticism was local pub wasn’t really a pub as closed in evenings. ”
