不满意：清洁度
Quite a painful experience
While the check-in process was fairly okay, almost everything else was sideways. In summary, this was a hugely untidy basement suite.
The fridge, stove fan, bathroom all looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. We had to wipe down the entire living, dining and kitchen area. The sofa in the living room had a broken leg on the left side so we had to sit more towards the right side. One or two of the dinning chairs was very fragile. The kitchen lacked bowls, towels, and lots more. There was only one old kitchen towel. When we brought this up we were told that there are kitchen tissues instead - clearly suggesting that there was not going to be accommodations for how differently people live. The hood was dirty and clogged, and oven trays were an eyesore. The fridge handle was wobbly and the top very dirty. The bathroom had a broken toilet seat, the bathroom fan was clogged and all brown (literally 😖). There were 4 of us, and provision was made only for 4 towels, one of which was torn. Although there was sufficient hand towels.
The bedroom was a different story - I sincerely doubt that the bed sheets, pillow cases and duvet were washed. The bed sheet looked old and must have been in use for many years. The wool on the sheets was worn out and we had to pick out hair from it - we had to turn the sheets inside out to sleep; same with the duvet, picked out hair before we could use it.
Although the rooms were fairly generous in size, the bad experience was too overwhelming.
