“It was a great space with 2 actual beds not a bed and a pullout. The unit was fully equipped with what we needed in terms of kitchenware, laundry, and bedding. It would have been nice to have hand towels and face cloths for the bathroom, however, we made do. The people live upstairs and you often hear them walking around--- definitely not the most sound proof unit, however, when we did find it too loud with music playing above the bedroom one night at bedtime, we simply messaged the host……

“Hade a good stay, host was easy to get ahold of and provided great information for entering the premises. Overall the place is on the older side with some not great carpet, but was reasonably clean. The beds were quite uncomfortable and the pillows were small with only one per person. The floor is also not soundproofed and you can hear walking ext very easily. But considering the price we considered these worth the trade off. Lots of easy parking, easy access close to skytrain, overall……

“We booked this place for a weekend while we were there for a soccer tournament. The location was perfect for us since it was pretty close to the fields. It was also nice to be close to the beach area. The accommodations were comfortable and clean, and the property owner answered all our questions promptly and politely. Would definitely stay here again! Only (minor) issue was finding the entrance. It's around back, so it feels a little strange to walk into someone's yard. ”

“Overall it was a pretty clean place nothing huge to note. Very nice place although the children running around upstairs constantly during the day and later evening was pretty frustrating at times. ”

Poor Customer Services

"Overall everything is ok, expect one front desk staff have very poor customer service. My partner left his backpack at the lobby couch after we checked out. It was around an hour when we found out the backpack was left there. So we call the hotel and ask if they can check the couch for us, staff who picked up the call didn’t even checked and strongly confirmed that she did not receive anything at the front desk. As soon as we were back to the hotel we ask the front desk who worked on 1/4/2025 in the afternoon, who I assume it’s the same person who picked up my call. We asked her again if they have found the backpack, she said “we haven't found anything yet”, while I was trying to play a sound on my IPad which is in the bag, and immediately I heard the ringing sound was coming from her office. So then why she keep saying ‘No’. We were pretty disappointed to this specific staff’s poor customer services. "
