“Quite tidy, floors needed a more thorough vacuum but I stayed with my pet so didn’t mind too much. Shower had very strong water pressure but maybe need the shower head raised so an adult can shower comfortably. Beds were very clean and comfy. Maybe need blockout curtains or blinds to bedroom. Had to improvise and hang a couple of throws up at the windows to block the morning light. Loved the new air conditioning units. Thanks for a cozy stay.”

“Lovely apartment with plenty of space. Every kitchen appliance you can think of! Access to the back garden with hammocks and a table, and kitchen facilities. Clean bathroom with powerful shower. Comfy bed. Very friendly host with great communication. Highly recommend! ”

“Very friendly at check in. Nice and very clean Studio Unit, very secure property with gates. Breakfast is served between 5am & 7am (bit early for us), we were delivered a nice continental breakfast on one day, so all other days we went out and got brunch. The only day we ate here was our last morning, full cooked breakfast was there, but had obviously been sitting for an hour and a half, so scrambled eggs were a bit dry. Tea & coffee supplied when you arrive, but only enough for a couple of……

“Lawns not mowed washing on line when we arrived, was charged an extra $60.00 dollars because there were 4 of us the house was 4 bedrooms house so not sure this is correct dishwasher, stove, and sandwich maker need a thorough clean will not use Stayz again”

“The apartment is owned by The Perfect Host and he lived up to that name. It was beautifully furnished, the en-suite was spacious, AC in all rooms and a large balcony with outdoor furniture, perfect for Gladstone. And all at a very reasonable price. Well done, Ian.”
