“The unit is great for small groups (2 queen beds, plus a pull out sofa) and for larger groups you could probably rent multiple units. It had everything we needed for our stay, and then some. The unit came with bear spray, laundry detergent, and dish soap. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was essential when we were there (high 80s - low 90s). Location was great for us. “This was a great location to start off our Yellowstone trip. It was clean and had everything we needed. The sofa bed was as comfortable as the other beds.We saw mama elk with baby the first morning outside the building and other elk roaming every day. We walked to the Roosevelt arch the first night when it was all empty. “We only stayed at this lodge for one night, but we wish we could have stayed longer. It's very homey and comfortable, with a living room and a full kitchen. For the 4 of us, there were 2.5 bathrooms, which is borderline excessive. I'd definitely make this your base of operations while you explore the northern half of Yellowstone!”
