“We had the perfect weekend getaway! Maria thought of everything when it came to having the cottage stocked. Everything was clean, check in was easy, and the view speaks for itself. We saw two eagles, seals, and found tons of other sea life during low tide. You’re only a 10 minute drive away (or DoorDash if that’s your thing) from restaurants. We were informed that the propane had run out for the last guest and Maria promptly accommodated us to get it taken care of. 1000/10 stay. We will be back!……

“My family stayed here for a week and I strongly recommend this house. The house has a great view of the mountains and water Also the kitchen is pretty well stocked for those who plan on cooking some meals. It’s just a short 1 mile walk down to the water/park for those who like to explore and very close to the downtown area! The owners are very friendly and quick to respond if you have any questions before or during your stay. We will definitely be back!”

“Cabin was clean and comfy with fabulous views. Access to beach and location on Penn Cove was spectacular. Only way the stay could have been better is if the skies were sunny and blue and the whales had swam by to say "Hello.". ”

“This cabin was really wonderful! Came with my family, half of us on bikes. Stayed right on the edge of Spencer spit. Small view from the cabin. Rich and Amy were great hosts, clear communication at the beginning. We only stayed 2 nights and had no issue. Would stay here again. ”

“This property is impressive! Inside, there are all the amenities you may need. The lighting, beds, furniture and kitchen are all comfortable and homey. Large windows provide a clear view for bird watching over the water. Outside, you are right on the lagoon beach with driftwood, rocks, shells, etc. Being landlubbers, signs for access to the outer beach were confusing and we didn’t get clarification until after dark on our last night. The large yard was just what I was hoping for our old dog.……

“When we arrived the code we received did not work, we had to sit on the phone for 20 minutes in the cold rain trying to figure out a code with the after hours help line. For what it’s worth, the help line was super friendly and did everything in their power to help. When we got in all the art work was missing off the walls. The nails and hooks were all still there, and even dust from where the frames use to hang, but no art (very weird). There was also promise of Duraflame logs (required) for……

“The home was large, well equipped and had a gorgeous view. We were five women and we each had our own bedroom and the common area was comfortable and relaxing. The home was just minutes away from Eastsound and the Orcas Winery. The theater room was great fun!”

“A really great property on the water for a couple and pet or 2 couples!My partner and I loved our stay with our puppy. The walk down to the water is easy and the neigborhood is very quiet and private. A very close drive to town!The kitchen was nice to use and the ameninites were all great. Communication with Judy was easy and she was very kind. Loved staying here!”

“The deckhouse was cosy and pleasant. The bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the details like snacks and toiletries. I could not figure out how to use the coffee maker. I also wasn't thrilled with the view of freshly cut trees in front of the windows. Chuckanut drive was beautiful as always. Overall it was a positive experience.”
