“We have a very late arrival flight so self check-in was a great option. The room is spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very convenient. Great location! The only drawback - we arrived at 1 a.m. in the winter and the heating in the room was not switched on, so it took some time to warm up the room. We managed to turn the heater by ourselves, however it would be better if there are some (printed) instructions about this for other late guests or the management turn on……

Die Lage ist auch sehr praktisch, das historische Zentrum ist zu Fuß oder mit Straßenbahn/U-Bahn super zu erkunden.”

“This is my first time to Bulgaria. I choose this hotel after finished my job for business trip. It was an excellent choice. Beautiful hotel situated at main attractions shopping street with variety of restaurant. Good hotel staff service. Simple Breakfast with good coffee and orange juices. I can do and buy everything here convinient as a tourist. ”

“Las instalaciones son muy nuevas, punto a favor el calentador de agua. Muy limpio. Cercano al centro caminado. Lo único que en una estancia de 4 noches, los vecinos de habitación terminaron de ducharse a las 2 am y se escuchaba muy fuerte la tubería. Pero no oí nada de otro tipos de ruidos, ni del exterior, ni de otras habitaciones.”
