“Wow!! We spent 3 1/2 days here with our three grandkids, and everyone had an amazing time. We wondered about the winding staircase for two 60 year olds and a 6 year old, but it turned out being no problem at all. The views are spectacular from both upstairs and down. We were in the hot tub twice a day. The kids caught fish off the dock. We kayaked and SUP'd multiple times. We had campfires. And we loved the proximity to the falls and swimming pool at Letchworth State Park. The only……

“It was just what we wanted -- a place near Letchworth Park that was dog-friendly. Its in a quiet neighborhood that's a short dog-walk to a beautiful lake. You need to bring linens and towels. The kitchen has plates and utensils but no food, spices, coffee, sugar, etc. I wish the notes posted in the home were on the listing, especially the "small hot water tank, take a short shower". None of these minor gripes would have stopped us from renting this place, but it's good to know up front. ……

“Very unique stay in a historic property. Our host made check in easy and communicated promptly throughout our reservation. The property was perfect for a wedding weekend where we could hang out together while waiting for events. Several restaurants within walking distance. Our host gave detailed recommendations and provided useful tips and information throughout the house so you didn’t have to guess on anything. By far my best VRBO experience EVER.
