"Never ever take this hotel.....it's the most disgusting hotel that we ever stay before!! I even got itching after sat on the couch! By the way, we'ad booked for 4 nights for 2 rooms , but the front desk sent us an invoice and asked us to check-out (paid everything upfront)on the 4th morning; although ..."

Great space to sit and relax
"3rd & Surf was exactly what my family and I needed. We were in town for the Midstates Horse Show in Mason City and it was nice to have a place to come relax after a few days in the hot sun. There was plenty of room for my family to spread out and have their own space. Molly & Brad were very responsive ..."
