“This property exceeded expectations, it was perfect for us who had 3 kids with us, with the lawn area out back and a playground across the road. As much as Olivia (Be Locals) was pleasant to talk with and did return the messages many of the emails from Be Locals were inaccurate. They either missed information or provided details for things that did not apply. The gardens were really disappointing and like a jungle. "The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The night view from the 79th floor was absolutely stunning — it was truly a wonderful stay. The only issue we encountered was with the dryer, which seemed to stop automatically, possibly due to overheating, and couldn't fully dry our clothes. Although staff responded quickly and sent someone to check, the problem wasn’t completely resolved. That said, it didn’t affect how much we enjoyed the room. If we have the chance to visit again, we would definitely choose Skytower once more."
