8 minutes walk to Uncle Sam Boat Tours and downtown boutiques and restaurants
Just built in 2014
Stainless countertops 3Queen bedroom bedroom with privacy.
Entrance to Full Bath is through master bedroom.half bath right off the kitchen
Balcony deck A/C. Throughout .washer/Dryer.
This floor also has a companion floor below on the first floor
Barbecue grill provided
Little grocery store 6 houses away for last minute items or ice
Kyacks available for $15 delivery fee
Can launch From backyard . I do not have a dock .
159 feet to deep water harbor at Bonnie harbor.i have just lowered the price from $350 per night.
Upstairs now reduced to $250 per night and $200 per night in June and September
This living space was newly built Three years ago and everything is new.Petrified wood trim in the bathroom 15,000,000 years old and in floor heat in bathroom
Natural pine flooring with Persian carpets that I personally imported from Asia. Truly beautiful living space decorated with Indonesian paintings.
For rent as as a single space or combine with downstairs to sleep 12 people. Downstairs is a separate listing......$250 per night for July and August
I do not have a dock and had to move my boat after Aug 20 because water level too low

Great little property close to downtown Alexandria Bay

Really nice, clean apartment within walking distance of all the shops, restaurants, and attractions near downtown Alexandria Bay. Nice quiet neighborhood. Our group had a really good time and enjoyed the stay.

Great Location for A-Bay

Stayed here for the weekend to do some fishing around Alexandria Bay. Apartment had everything we needed and more. Quick walk to downtown A-bay. Would stay here again.
