Heavy police presence both evenings we were there. Microwave didn't work and they did nothing after I reported it. Could not even check out as the office was closed due to an "emergency". Do not recommend this motel!

This place had plenty of parking but as soon as I pulled in I was told I couldn't Park my trailer I was told I couldn't have more than two people I was told to leave the property because I had four people in the vehicle to those people is my parents it was dropping me off because my vehicle is broken and that's what the trailer was for I was told if more than two people came in I would be told to leave the property I told him do whatever he had to do that they were not staying they were my parents they were helping me and they were going home I just kept coming up with the problem after problem after problem already had problems that's why I was staying at the motel eventually we came to the he was gone the police to leave the property before I can even get side of the room provide paperwork online very terrible experience awesome threatening

The lady in the office was really nice and told us where to park where they could see our vehicle in the camera. The guy was really nice also and talked with us. The only thing we didn't like was the bed but everything else was good.

Awful!

We didn’t even spend the night. Disgusting. And also, the woman at the front desk did tell us hat the town of Alexandria had just found ecoli in the water that morning and that water needed to be boiled before drinking.

Bathtub and sides of bathtub are peeling. Faucet for tub is an antiquated outside faucet--had trouble figuring out how to use it. TV picture on right side has yellow color. No coffeepot, even though the website said that they had it. Room not very clean. People were nice. Air conditioner did work.

Quality of service

The room needs some up dating it has old furniture in the room that needs to be replaced the room could use some deodorizer and have a convenient coffee maker and accessible clean iron in the room the T.V. was good the rooms need more maintenance checks the staff was helpful, but could be more friendlier and the gentlemen that cleans the room was nice and accommodating the area was peaceful.

Solo get away, good wifi

Customer service was great as always...Front Desk helpful and offered early check in...Great Service Goes along way this day in again. 5 star at 2 star cost.

Someone kept trying to get in my room. The fire detector kept beeping. Smelled like it was a smoking room.

Poor. Not worth it.

I knew when I pulled into the parking lot that it wasn't going to be to good. It had what appeared to be many long term residents. Pavement was in need of patching. Bed was poor. Room felt a little dirty with stains on floor and entire property could use updating. My reservation wasn't received by management when I got there. Manager was cussing about another guest wanting clean towels or sheets.

When we arrived there was no one in the office to let us sign in. Had to wait about 15 minutes before someone showed up. We needed to get in the room quickly because we had to be in a meeting in 30 minutes so we were in a hurry. The room was nice and clean. The phone did not work and the iron would leak water all over our Clothes. The staff was very helpful and kind!!
