Gezellige buiten terras. De bedden zijn vreselijk zacht en te klein, 2 volwassen mensen in een twijfelaar is geen optie. Het is vreselijk gehorig zowel in je eigen kamer als alle kamers om je heen, de vloer kraakt vreselijk. Vloerbedekking ziet er vies uit. De badkamer is een pluspunt. De prijs is het niet waard, zeker omdat het ook zonder ontbijt is en de prijs van het ontbijt is ook te prijzig met wat andere aanbieden.

Sehr hübsches Hotel mit Charme; gut geeignet als Stop bei der Rückkehr aus den Highlands vor Glasgow. Tolles Frühstück, Zimmer sind einfach aber sauber und gepflegt; einzig die Kopfkissen waren uns zu hart. Gute Speisenauswahl zum Dinner.

I came back to find someone checking into my room. Went to sort it out as my key would not work. The guy who was given a key to my room was given all the attention. This morning we needed to leave for the airport, one around to help with luggage, several trips back to the room and key would not work. Had to find someone who then had to find someone to let me in. This made things late and stressful. Sheets smell of chemicals. Restaurant staff were great and knew what they were doing. booked 2 rooms which seems really over priced, grubby carpets. Small rooms and lumpy mattresses.

In beautiful location on banks of Loch Lomond. Really friendly staff, great food and large comfy room. There was live music in the bar which created a nice atmosphere. We had our golden retriever with us, staff were all dog friendly.

We only stayed one night but could easily have stayed for longer. From the moment we arrived, the staff were super friendly and looked after us attentively. The room had a view of the lake and was comfortable and clean. The restaurant for dinner and breakfast was excellent with a good selection, fabulous ingredients, and presentation. Topped off by a stunning location, well worth a stop. It was our wedding anniversary whilst we were there and all the staff were so kind to us. Thank you.
