“Great place to stay ”

“While looking for a place to stay for an overnight Valentine's Day getaway, I came across this wonderful property. Just a short drive from our favorite downtown restaurant, this charming carriage house made for the perfect retreat for the evening. The historic charm of the studio suite adds a touch of class that is memorable. Matt, our host, was wonderful, promptly responding to any questions I had regarding our stay. We will definitely be returning!”

“The house was very clean, welcoming with the delicious cookies. Loved all the Jesus and blessings signs . My daughter slept in the room with twin beds she said the lights from the church next door light up the room so it was difficult falling asleep. Maybe some thicker curtains would help . Other than that everything was perfect. ”

“We had a large family reunion and we were all very comfortable from little kids to adults. Everything we could’ve possibly wanted …it was there. We had a very minor situation and it was corrected within 20 minutes. We would definitely return. Wonderful memories were made! Thank you for being a part of that!”

“lovely countryside home with most essentials for a family visiting nearby attractions such as the Ark Encounter. Some nitpicky repairs and cleaning could be done, but our main concerns were a high sloped tub which needed non slip decals and a faulty can opener. The upstairs beds were cloth covered springs, but thankfully with an extra blanket our children did fine. The host and team were responsive. Other suggestions would be black out curtains and allergen friendly soaps and detergents. ”

“There were six of us that stayed. The youngest was 12 and the oldest was 73. The property was as described. We lived the remoteness of it. It was so peaceful and quiet. It was a great time to connect as a family away from the “busyness “ of city life. ”

“This home is absolutely beautiful with all of the amenities you can think of. The owner was available throughout my entire trip, the neighbors were courteous and we didn’t even leave because we were so comfortable in this home. It is convenient and centrally located, on a quiet street and great for families. Just book it! ”
