“The hotel staff were very friendly. One of us has coeliac disease and the hotel accommodated her incredibly. A special mention to Sao our host in the restaurant and to the Chef Vinicius who both really took their time to explain and to assist us. Overall we had an excellent stay. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who has coeliac disease.”

“Das Appartement war geräumig und sauber.
Jeden Tag kommen auch die Putzfrauen, was sehr angenehm ist.
Die Küche ist spartanisch eingerichtet. Es mangelt an einfachen Sachen wie Holzlöffel, Pfannenwender, Gemüsesschäler etc...
Wichtiger wäre auch für den Badeurkazb einen Wäscheständer, um die Strandsachen auf dem Balkon aufzuhängen. ”

“Staff friendly and rooms very clean. Have stayed in Praia da Rocha several times before but never at Flor da Rocha.
Only disadvantages, staying in late March the balcony always seemed to be in the shade. At no point, even on the sunny warmer days was it ever a sun trap. Think this is due to the other buildings close by and the shape of the building itself.
Other disadvantage, which isn't the apartments fault are some of the other guests. Sound proofing between apartments isn't great……

“Had a really good time there with my family. I actually booked another hotel in Sagres, but with much smaller space and poorer infrastructure. So I cancelled that one, and drove back again to Balaia hotel. Again the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was also an indoor swimming pool nearby. Hotel staff was nice and helpful. Not to mention that the price is so attractive. Definitely worth it.”
