“Peter was a wonderful host. Checked in periodically if he saw us out and about, but otherwise things were private. It was a great place to visit and have our family Christmas with our daughter who teaches at the college, our son who flew in from Florida, our granddaughter From the Hudson Valley And a short drive from Pennsylvania, where we live. We appreciate having the kitchen and large dining area as well as large living room. The space was very convenient. This may become an annual tradition.”

The host is very nice, and everything onsite is as advertised. I hesitate to even review this property for fear that after it is discovered, availability for my own future rentals may be limited! “This was our second stay at this AWESOME LITTLE CABIN. It is an absolute gem. Charmingly decorated, cozy, and very private. The addition of a full-sized refrigerator was a real bonus too especially since we like to prepare most of our own meals. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants some quiet time away!”

“My wife and I very much enjoyed this property. It’s a beautifully rustic cabin that’s literally 20 feet above the ground in the trees. It’s set back in the woods but not far from the road and the town of Belfast. The place is well-built and very clean. You will need to bring outdoor chairs, your own towels and warm clothing if it’s in the cooler months. It was a great experience. ”

She has also made her house a beautiful, comfortable home. From the cozy couches, comfortable bed and the open floor plan, we felt right at home.
