“Didn't spend a lot of time inside the hotel because there are so much to see in Algarve. Rooms are really spacious and clean with a huge balcony. A relaxing stay except the buffet dinner where you have to check in with the receptionist and then queue at a certain area to wait for seating. Food (not so hot) and ambiance are totally canteen-like. The next day we spent some more to eat at the Japanese restaurant next door which is good in terms of food and service - but you only get 15 Euro credit……

“What incredible service from the staff at reception especially Gonçalos to rooms, pools, spa, luggage handlers, buggy drivers, spa receptionist, poolside bar service and the sunset bar place We celebrated my daughters'birthdays and it was made special Cooked breakfast in the ocean suites most days -all the utensils were perfect Even did a load of laundry helped I bought a few pods with me Zest had a tasty breakfast Would go stay at the ocean suite again ”

“The resort has plentiful facilities and close to the beach. We are in the ocean suite and the room is nicely decorated and spacious The management is not up to a five star hotel standard. Firstly the dishes in the buffet restaurant, Jardim Colonial, were not very clean, some of which with stains. Having said that , the staffs in the restaurant are helpful. Secondly the food variety was not sufficient. Thirdly , on the last day, we went for breakfasts after checking out. We were told to……

“Cumplió con nuestras expectativas, tenia air acondicionado, vajilla suficiente para quien no tenia muchas expectativas de cocinar mucho. Tienes que moverte en coche pero está muy accesible y aparcas bien.”

“Perfekt med gratis shuttle til stranden, hvor hotellet har egne liggestole, samt restaurant/cafe på stranden - samt til marinaen. Der er mange børnefamilier men også plads til par uden børn og en pool er “børnefri”. ”
