L'hôtel est très bien situé, au coeur de la Casbah, mais il s'agit d'un vieil hotel, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, sur 6 étages c'est compliqué, et il est très bruyant, résonne beaucoup, les clients ne respectent pas la discrétion et les clients qui dorment déjà. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable, petit déjeuner copieux et boissons / cafés à volonté toute la journée.

The best part about this hotel are the staff. They are excellent and give plenty of recommendations and help. They let me store some extra bags there while I was away for a few days. The points for improvement are the cleaning. While it is not a big problem they don’t to à very complete clean of the rooms. Things such as dust on the floor and water in the bathrooms should be better cleaned. Good location right next to a metro stop

Friendly and helpful staff in the centre of Algier

Excellent location in the centre of the city. Close the Casbah and the seafront. Great options for dining. Included breakfast was very handy. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I will never forget the fantastic view from the room.

The great thing about this hotel is it is right in the Casbah neighborhood. It's just such an interesting and historic location, which you are not going to find if you stay in a 4-5 star hotel. The staff is exceptional, and they cannot do enough for you. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. This is not a 4 star property with lots of amenities. It is an old building with a 6 floor walk up, with small rooms and unusual plumbing. If you know that going in, and don't have unreasonable expectations, it is a wonderful place to stay. We had a great experience, overall. Our thanks to the staff!

Amazing service. Hotel is run down, leaking pipes in bathroom, beds short, and ok breakfast. Wifi not working well. Can hear everything happening outside room. Great location and Staff amazing and a amazing view of the ocean from the 6th floor.

Mooie centrale ligging in oud koloniaal Frans gebouw. 7 verdiepingen zonder lift, dus pas op met zware bagege. Kamers zijn basis maar proper. Badkamers zijn heel klein en vervallen, echt jammer. Je kan amper bewegen., lavabo hangt van de muur, doucheslang kapot,... Dringend vernieuwing nodig. Zeer veel lawaai, deuren houden niks tegen. Vriendelijk personeel daarentegen. Ontbijt is heel basis. Maar je kan gerust zelf dingen meebrengen van de nabijgelegen markt.

Il ne manque pas beaucoup à cet hôtel pour être super. J’aime beaucoup mais il y a des petites choses qui sont pour moi primordiale dans le domaine de l’hôtellerie. La propreté du linge ! Les draps et les serviettes de toilettes je trouve inadmissible que l’on puisse recevoir comme cela. Je suis venue plusieurs fois et en famille parce que le prix est très intéressant et l’hôtel dans le centre ce qui est parfait pour visiter mais je pense que ce séjour là sera le dernier dans l’hôtel. Ce n’est pas de la mauvaise critique parce que le personnel est très aimable très serviable très disponible surtout ce qui nous fait oublier tous les désagréments. Il faudrait absolument refaire les salle de bain Vous avez un endroit qui peut être superbe c’est dommage !

Great walkable location. Hotel rooms were dirty with black mold. Mattresses were stained and entry door was broken. The staff were extremely once, but couldn’t do anything about it. Breakfast was terrible and the walls were thin, so you can hear everyone

Bien situé mais très bruyant

L’hôtel est bien situé mais les chambres qui donnent sur la rue, très bruyante, ne sont pas insonorisées. L’intérieur est bien décoré et la terrasse sur le toit est très agréable et offre une vue plongeante sur la baie d’Alger.

Bon accueil, très bien situé sur la Casbah, hôtel au charme typique d’Alger. Néanmoins douche et wc dans une pièce d’à peine 2m2.. beaucoup trop étriquée dans une chambre d’environ 9 m2 douche comprise! D’un côté vue sur la baie d’Alger et de l’autre sur la Casbah. Bémol encore sur le service avec un tv hs et non réparée
