“Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel, personnel très agréable, petits déjeuner copieux il y a en a pour tous les goûts mais identiques chaque jour. beaucoup de choix au dîner et varié chaque jour, juste parfois les plats n’étaient pas très chaud. La chambre est très grande et avec la climatisation c’est appréciable. La literie 1m80 est impeccable très confortable. On a eu la coupure électrique nationale et l’équipe a bien géré et nous avons pu nous restaurer. ”

“From our experience, NH holds every nickel a prisoner when it comes to the upgrading and maintenance of its rooms. Spacious but Spartan. The entrance door was jammed so that it took a full FBI style crosscheck to get it open every time. The sliding glass door didn't actually lock, fortunately as we forgot the keys inside once. While other accommodations offered free port and various other welcome gifts, we were met with fee-based everything in the room. Having to 'consider' a twenty Euro penalty……

“Staff friendly and rooms very clean. Have stayed in Praia da Rocha several times before but never at Flor da Rocha. Only disadvantages, staying in late March the balcony always seemed to be in the shade. At no point, even on the sunny warmer days was it ever a sun trap. Think this is due to the other buildings close by and the shape of the building itself. Other disadvantage, which isn't the apartments fault are some of the other guests. Sound proofing between apartments isn't great……

The property was in poor condition, states toiletries are provided, the only thing provided was soap and toilet paper. “The property is very well located and very close to the old town as well as Praia da Peneco. Very clean and the staff are super helpful and professional. We would like to thank Paulo, Isabel and Ibrahim for their excellent customer service. Paulo was such a good excellent source of information. Very hard working man. We stayed at room 602 and it was super clean. Whoever cleans that room deserve a praise because everything was tidy and no dust in the cupboards.”

“Everything is perfect. The reception welcome us and show the hotel amenities around and the the gentleman is so nice while I was checking out The breakfast time is a bit crowds because of the Oceanside tables but we sit there two days (staff there will try to arrange those tables for you) and the food is nice with many choices. Just one note when I leave a message through th QR code so they can deliver extra needs to the room, they did in the first time and miss the second message. 4.5 stars……
