“Lots of mosquitoes and ants that sting/bite you. The sink in the shower smells like sewage. There's only one proper double bed; the other is a three-quarter bed with a terrible mattress. You sink right through it. Personally, I like a firm mattress, not rock-hard. I stayed there for two weeks, and the pool wasn't cleaned once with a robot cleaner! Be careful with the water if you're allergic to salt water. The pool wasn't chlorinated, but salt water! The sink near the BBQ was clogged. The air……

“We booked the villa for a big family holiday. The check in process was straightforward and Daniel communicated with us very well. Unlike Google Maps the satnav in our hire car didn't recognise the property so we didn't go straight there but once we found the villa everything was fine. “Beautiful, clean overall, friendly staff with high service. Safe to leave your child at the kids club. Fun free activity to get around with the tuff tuff train. Have only one dissatisfied thing; that the beds are too hard, we had to sleep on a spring mattress with a mattress protector. wish they could add a mattress topper for a softer bed. The food at the Safari restaurant is good but a bit overpriced. Then you get better food for the money at the Villa Tropicana restaurant with a sea view……

“Its location is very close many visiting sites such as old roman theatre, Picasso museum and Cathedral, etc. It is also close to Line A bus to/from Airport and Line 1 bus to/from Train Station and long-distance bus terminal. “We are a group of 5 ladies staying in this Superior 3-bedroom 4-bathroom Penthouse apartment for 2 nights in end Nov 2016. All bedrooms are ensuite with 1 extra guest bathroom. 1. "一間充滿商業的酒店，重點是它只屬於1星酒店第一個問題，住宿3天，checkin的時候，發現房間內有很多問題，包括窗是有問題，而床下電線亦外露，所以沒有辦法，只好更換房間，前櫃服務員都十分好，立即協助更換，更換房間後，床下電線仍然外露，重點是不想太麻煩，所以沒有更換，但房間內贈送的水不見了，只好向前櫃服務員了解，當然服務員亦立即給了我，但不明白是，我是2人入往，為什麼只有一樽水贈送呢？第二個問題，房卡正常情況下，兩張都應該能夠使用，但第2天回酒店時，竟然發現有一張門卡不能開門，所以只好向前台服務員了解，他處理後就可以開了，但沒有解釋為什麼，到第3天回酒店時，竟然2張門卡都不能使用，只再次向服務員了解，他竟然說了應該無可能的，是否我將門卡放在電子擬器呢？我就覺得奇怪，我沒有什麼電子擬器的綜合以上各種問題，此酒店我只能說差，但最好就是近車站，交通方便"
