“I'm so disappointed about this website , when I did a booking according to the system you had 1 room available that when I called the B & B to confirm my booking I was told that the place was already full booked , I spoke to the owner Noma - 0837578124 and she couldn't help me , she told me that she's got nothing to do with my booking I must contact you as a website provider. “ Pathetic communication. After paying for the accommodation, a message was put up (2 days before the arrival date) that the accommodation was not available. I did not see thos message and so we arrived to find out there was no accommodation for us. Why did I not get an email to inform me. Why was I expected to "check the messages in case the booking may be cancelled". How ridiculous and what poor communication. I still have not received any formal correspondance telling me that the booking had……
