“I stayed at this property with a friend after flying in to India on a late flight. The staff at this property were amazing, and gave us both an upgrade to our rooms. In addition, the staff were always happy to help us, and the staff helped print boarding passes and held our bags for a few hours while we went out and explored. The property is very close to the airport, and rooms were tidy, with tea, water and coffee available. Thanks so much guys, we will definitely be back in the future!”

“Although the location is convenient, the room is very clean, the service is really bad ! I booked the airport pick up for my colleague in hotel before one day back. And continuous remind the hotel check the booking. But the driver was came late almost one hour. I book the pick up service for two ways, but the driver told me only one way and I need to pay him right now. This is very bad experience. The hotel person should be retrain.”

“Excellent stay at the newly opened mid range Esquire Hotel while attending a Conference. Front desk staff especially Mr Ramesh very helpful . Complimentary WiFi Tea & coffee / water/ large screen TV in room . Mattress and pillows comfortable / room cleaned daily . Lift works well. Restaurant serves tasty food . Menu bit pricey . Would recommend to friends needing to stay near BKC . ”
