“We have stayed here 4 times so far, recently on 27-Mar-2021. Property is basic, nothing great, but at the same time it has its own neatness. It's right on the beach, an amazing location, but we were disappointed to see that beach had a lot of garbage!! Not so clean beach ... unfortunately many beaches in Kokan area have become like this. If you are fine with this, then this can even be an amazing stay, since staff is extremely helpful and good.”

“They upgraded our rooms to sea view rooms free of cost on request. Food and tea/coffee were delicious. Some minor complaints on cleanliness but those were resolved. Room facilities are ok , power backup is there and works”
