“Hotel had some age to it, was nice enough, staff seemed freindly , helpful etc. Room was adequate just thought the overall cleanliness let it down a little. Some hairs in the bathroom and the window had not been cleaned (inside ) for some time but those are my only criticisms. Nice place and would stay again. ”

“Had a lovely stay at QSF. The suite was well thought out and had everything we needed. The shower was lovely and the little touches like dressing gowns, slippers and lavender sleep spray were appreciated. We didn't have the chance to eat at the restaurant but it looked lovely and I would definitely like to return.”

“I enjoyed my stay, and I will use this hotel again. It's only 15 minutes from M6 exit 34 so a great place to stop off. With the sea front, just over the road, there are great walks along the beach. Much better than the chain hotels at the motorway services. That said, this is not a new build hotel with everything brand new, out of the box. “Mainly fine. Friendly check in. Don't like the fact that my card was debited £50 despite assurance it wouldn't be. I had already paid so why the debit on my card? Hoping this is refunded ASAP .I understand a swipe in case of damage etc , but they should definitely not have taken a debit from it without my authority. BLACK MARK FOR THIS. A suggestion would be to provide disposable shower/bath sponges. Also bedroom walls are very thin meaning enforced listening to next room's conversation.……

“Stayed for one night in room 20 which is a family room. The room was spacious and well equipped with tea/coffee facilities, USB charging, plenty of sockets, large bath and roomy shower. It is also well laid out for a family room with 2 separate areas. The double bed for the grown ups was good, although the sheet could have been a little bigger as it kept coming off and wouldn’t tuck back around. "The location is great and nearby the ferry pier. But the hotel is not in good maintenance at room, the toilet ceiling have a lot of dirty water marks, it looked disgusting. I booked a lakeview room that cost £250 a night, but not worth it, the room is really dilapidated, even they don't have a refrigerator at room, I needed to keep my birthday cake in their restaurant. The room price wss including the breakfast but it was lack of choice, they serve breakfast until 10:30 am, when I ordered scrambling egg with smoked salmon toast, they said no more but I saw other customers have it, I thought smoked salmon and egg are very common foods in a hotel restaurant, I wondered why they can tell me no more stocks. I just can say this hotel not worth for money, they are overpriced. Staffs are not really friendly. "
