“We couldn’t have felt more welcome. The hotel is out in the sticks, so you need transport to get around. The hotel is very helpful with arrangements, although it can get expensive. The Anima Gardens a 10 minute ride away, was worth visiting. The hotel is aging a little, but is very quaint and a good place to relax. “The resort has makings of a Four Seasons but still need to improve their level of service and consistent room cleanliness - one of our two rooms had a roach, one other room they left one glass and a kettle and nothing else! And no one answers the front desk phone! To get a porter, we had to walk all the way to the front desk to ask them .. and we found the staff on the room behind the front desk chatting with each other! The bellboy and the porter and the spa staff were excellent! The resort……

“When you arrive the property itself is great. Clean, food is great, rooms are large. It's essentially a large Riad. On the Expedia website it's said free shuttle to airport. When we arrived they denied this and said is was Expedia's fault. They refused to acknowledge the error. I even showed them the add but it made no difference. So add an Extra 60 Euros to the price of the room if you were expecting a shuttle. ”

“If you drive, do NOT stay this. No car park there although it said they have. Only a public car park on the street and I need to wait for halt hour for the parking as the public car park is very busy and lots of local people will lock your car and asked for money.”
