“Otel çok güzel, kahvaltısı yeterli ve lezzetli. Akşam yemekleri de çeşitli ve lezzetli. Odalar temiz. Ailecek kalınabilecek bir otel. Eğer trenle başka kayak merkezine gidecekseniz tren istasyonuna uzak kalıyor. Sankt Johann da kalacaksanız yeri çok iyi.”

“Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war wirklich super, auch das Abendessen war sehr vielfältig. Den Saunabereich haben wir sehr genossen. Die Zimmer waren nachts sehr warm und ein lüften war leider nicht möglich, da starker Güllegeruch von den Wiesen rein kam. Leider war an einer Nacht eine Party bei der nebenan befindlichen Rockbar, welche bis 4 Uhr morgens anhielt. Aber das Hotel an sich ist sehr schick und modern eingerichtet.”

“We had a great stay in apartment number five, but our checkin process with the front desk at Crystal Hotel was horrible. Everything up to the payment was great, but then it turned to a complete mess. With no information at all, I was presented with a much higher bill than the Hotels.com confirmation. We do not use euros and I had to do a quick calculation in my head to notice the difference, which was significant. The front desk told us they had gotten new IT and he had to call his manager who……

“Hôtel fantastique, déco soignée, petit-déjeuner très varié où chacun y trouve son compte, personnel extrêmement serviable et souriant, nombreuses petites attentions, activités pour tous et à différents horaires.
