“Everything was nice, except the room needs some improvements especially bathroom, plus they don’t provide hair dryer, it’s nice that they have mini fridge, all the amenities are good except the fact that we have to make reservations for restaurants (a la carte) has to be very early about 6:45 - 7:00 am to get space they really need to work with that because you’re in vacation (waking up that early) other than that is a nice place to relax.”

“The restaurant was excellent food quality and options, kitchen open with access to meals during all the time. Service excellent: friendly and always accommodating your requests. Hotel could improve: no table to open/ rest your luggage to unpack. No garbage can in the room, This morning I had no hot water, very annoying Front desk didn’t respond and My husband had to get dress and get a maintenance person to fix the problem. The problem was fixed immediately but too late for me since I had to……

“Great overnight stay in Juayua. The hotel was a wonderful place to stay; breakfast was yummy, showers were warm, beer available on site… what else can I say. Easy walk from the hotel to the centro if you are interested in exploring. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Felt safe in the resort, the villas are well kept and clean. The only thing is that the beach is too rocky; unable to enjoy a day at the beach. The resort is a bit remote. ”
